Burundi Banque du Royaume du Burundi 1000 Francs 31.7.1962 (ND 1964) Pick 7 PCGS Gem New 65PPQ. Amazingly rare in any condition, this highest denomination temporary issue is pack fresh in appearance and missing from most collections. Terrific overall appearance is coupled with limited issuance and brief circulation length. These notes were overprinted for Burundi after the United Nations mandate was dissolved. Less than two years later, the fresh new notes arrived from the printer, which lead to a withdrawal of these older types. HID08701242017
