Central African Republic Banque des Etats de l'Afrique Centrale 10,000 Francs ND (1978) Pick 8 PCGS Choice About New 58. An incredibly colorful high denomination example from the then "Empire" of Central Africa. The difference between this example and Pick 4 is the change from "Republique" to "Empire" in heading. The deranged "Emperor" is seen to the right, and sword, staff and hat is seen in the center. Agricultural scene, and traditional masks on back. Only the lightest handling is evident, and earned itself a very pleasing grade for this rare issue. HID08701242017
