Panama Banco Central de Emission 5 Balboas 1941 Pick 23s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. Both excessively rare and aesthetically pleasing, this Specimen is assuredly missing from most serious world collections. This is the finest of only two examples in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. The issued 5 Balboas banknote only circulated freely for about one week, leaving any Panama banknote to be quite rare.
