Qatar and Dubai Qatar and Dubai Currency Board 25 Riyals ND (1966) Pick 4a PCGS Extremely Fine 45. An outstanding representation of the key note of the Qatar and Dubai Currency Board issue. Although these notes circulated for seven years (September 18, 1966 through August 17, 1973), the 25 Riyals denomination is the scarcest of all surviving denominations available to the collecting community; with the majority of those falling in the lower grade ranges. Printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Company, the blue and multicolor prints are bright and bold, and the Falcon is highly visible through the watermark box at first glance. Excellent centering and bright paper provide additional eye appeal to this already stunning note. HID08701242017
