Western Samoa Territory of Western Samoa 1 Pound ND (1948-61) Pick 8Acts Color Trial Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. A Color Trial Specimen with the face in blue on tan and with a multicolor underprint instead of the issued colors of purple on tan with a multicolor underprint. The back has the as issued colors. The note is stamped "SPECIMEN OF NO VALUE" in red in the upper left margins on both the face and back, and "SPECIMEN" right above each of the two signature lines. There is a single POC in each of the two serial number spaces. It is certainly a beautiful piece of the highest quality. HID08701242017
