CYPRUS, Koinon of Cyprus. Domitian. As Caesar, AD 69-81. AR Didrachm (19mm, 6.39 g, 12h). Dated "New Holy Year" 9 of Vespasian (AD 76/77). Laureate head right / Temple of Aphrodite at Paphos, with conical xoanon in center; Θ (date) in exergue. Prieur 1576 (this coin); Parks 18a; RPC II 1811. Near VF, toned, some roughness, deposits and light scratches. Extremely rare, six known to Prieur, and none in CoinArchives.
