Cuba Banco Nacional de Cuba 10,000 Pesos 1950 Pick 85s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. The incredible amount of 10,000 Pesos is seen on this rare Specimen. Agramonte on the face, a Cuban revolutionary, played an important role in the Ten Years War that took place from 1868-78. He was killed in 1873 during the Battle of Jimaguayu. This denomination remains unconfirmed in issued form, which most likely makes this marvelous Specimen the only representation that serious Cuba collectors could hope for. We sold a PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ example for $5,750 in 2011. Cancelled with 2 punch holes.
