South Korea Bank of Korea 500 Hwan 1958 Pick 24 PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. A pack fresh example bearing the controversial President Rhee, wearing a necktie, as opposed to the previous issue where he is seen in Hanbok. Rhee lead the country through the Korean War, but was ousted during the April Revolution, and died in exile in Hawaii in 1965.
