PART TWO. Royal Mint Issues – London. Victoria, Sovereign, 1850, thin topped 1 in date with no upper serif, second larger young head left, date below, doubled legend and date, rev crowned quartered shield of arms within laurel wreath, emblems below, 7.97g (Marsh 33 R; MCE 511; S 3852C). Once cleaned, nearly extremely fine and very unusual.
