Victoria, Sovereign, 1855, connected though doubled figure 5's in date, second larger young head left, WW incuse on truncation without stops, date below, date and legend doubled both sides, flaw from first I in legend towards rim, rev crowned quartered shield of arms within laurel, emblems below, 7.98g (cf Marsh 37; MCE 516; S 3852D). Once cleaned, light surface marks, nearly very fine.
