Late-1700s / early-1800s Dutch East Indies bronze lantaka cannon with original yoke. About 70 lb, 47" long, 1-1/4" bore. Nice-sized cannon for display, as it is big enough to impress yet light enough to lift, found in Manila and traded throughout the Pacific and Caribbean, cast in fine detail with floral decorations, dolphin lifting handles, flared muzzle, socket cascabel which was made to receive a wooden pointing tiller, green patina and light encrustation throughout.
