Romania (struck at the Heaton mint), 5 lei, Mihai I, 1930-H, NGC MS 66, finest known in NGC census. KM-48. Rare in high Mint State with just one other in MS 66 and the next closest being a handful of MS 64s. Smooth, lustrous and mark free surfaces with light red hues of toning on bust. NGC #4740391-012.
