Obverse with angel flying to right above clouds, blowing horn to left with banner reading VA [in monogram] / BOLIVIA and holding laurel wreath in left hand encircling XX / EL JRAL / BELZU within legend EL DEPARTAMENTO DE POTOSI EN and date 1852 at bottom; reverse with radiant temple topped by small sphere within legend AL SER SUPREMO QUE SALVO A BOLIVIA with EN 6.
