HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, bareheaded and draped bust right / RESTITVTORI AFRICAE, Hadrian, bareheaded, togate, standing left, holding volumen in left hand and extending right to raise up Africa, who holds grain ears in left hand and wears elephant-skin headdress; in center, two stalks of grain.
