A tougher 1931 (ND1942) Lord Kennet/Amin signed 1/4 Dinar from the BWC, and issued by the Government of Iraq. Some minor handling and circulation with only PMG comments of "Stains." One of the nicer examples of this type, with this design usually surfacing in much lower grade.
