JAPAN: Taisho, 1912-1926, AE medal, year 14 (1925), year 14 (1925), 91x55mm, medal commemorating the Emperor Taisho's Silver (25th) Wedding Anniversary, two birds atop a tree, representing the emperor and empress // flowers at right, rising sun at lower left; medal produced in the shape of a fan, very similiar or identical to the fan that appears on the Taisho emperor's wedding commemorative medal struck in 1900 (see Zeno-193106), mint hallmark on edge at bottom of the fan ("Japan Mint Made"), AU. We can find only two other examples of this medal listed on CoinArchives.
