GREAT MONGOLS: temp. Ögedei, ca. 1230s/1240s, AR dirham (1.44g), NM, ND, A-3747K, inscribed khalifat Allah on both sides, said to come from the region of Kaiyaluq, VF, R. The hoard containing this type was published by K.M. Baypakov & P.N. Petrov in Turkmenistan in 2007, with a selection illustrated by Petrov, Baipakov & Voykin, in "Monetnoe delo i denezhnoe obrashcheniye..." in Almaty in 2014, illustrated on Plate 35.
