SILK ROAD, Uncertain. Mid 2nd-4th centuries AD. AV Bracteate (23mm, 1.11 g). Imitating a gold dinar of Kushan king Kanishka I. Kanishka standing facing, head left, holding goad and scepter, sacrificing over altar to left / Incuse of obverse. Cf. MK 25–78 (for prototype). Some earthen deposits, a few fine cleaning marks. VF. Very rare.
