IMPERATOR VIIII / S C Trajan, in military dress, seated to right on sella castrensis set on high platform, raising his hand to accept his acclamation as Imperator for the ninth time (Imperator VIIII); by him stand two officers, in front of the platform to right, a guard standing to right, holding spear over his shoulder; at his left three soldiers standing to left, the two first raise their right hands to hail the emperor, while the last holds a horse by the bridle; three standards and two more soldiers in the background.
