SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Seleukos II Kallinikos, 246-226 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 31 mm, 17.04 g, 1 h), Ephesus (?), circa 246. Diademed head of Seleukos II to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΣEΛEYKOY Apollo standing left, testing arrow and leaning on tall tripod. SC 672.2 WSM 1001. Very rare. Lightly toned, with a sensitive portrait. Good very fine.
