Each of the three signatures are secured with their respective seals: the Director de Rentas and the Contador in ink while the Ministero de Hacienda is stamped with a detailed and strongly embossed Treasury seal. Minor handling with a light vertical center fold for the grade; the finest of two in the PMG census above an AU 53 without the EPQ designation.
