All military busts from Lugdunum, including this E1 bust, (struck during the 5th emmission) are either scarce, rare or very rare and are always very sought after by collectors!

Much silvering remaining!

Provenance: ex S. Luethi collection - acquired in March 2016

Obverse: Radiate, cuirassed and helmeted bust left, holding spear and shield, legend:
IMP C M AVR PROBVS AVG;

Reverse: Abvndantia standing right, emptying cornucopiae, legend:
ABVNDANTIA AVG; In exergue IIII;

Silver, diameter 22 mm, weight 3,66 g, axis 6 h.
