Rare bust type in combination with a very rare obverse legend (without the usual P[ivs[ after F[elix]) in combination with an extremely rare mintmark TXXI.
This coin is part of a very rare and brief emission struck by the third officina with the letter T before the reform mark XXI (sometimes the letter 't' is in the field). Only Adventvs and Soli invicto reverses were struck during this brief emission
Provenance: ex famous Giovanni Dattari collection built at the beginning of the 20th century (information from Jesus Vico auction house).
Obverse: radiate, cuirassed bust left, holding spear, legend:
IMP C PROBVS P AVG;
Reverse: Emperor riding left, right hand raised, left hand holding sceptre, a captive at foot, legend:
ADVENTVS AVG; In exergue TXXI
Silver, diameter 21-22,5 mm, weight 3,9 g, axis 6 h.
