Draped bust of Vulcan right, wearing laureate pileus; mark of value above tongs to left, C•• to right below chin; all within wreath / Eagle standing right on thunderbolt, head left; all within laurel wreath. Crawford 314/1b; Sydenham 577; Aurelia 21; RBW 1164-5 var. (obv. control letter). Toned, a few light scratches and marks, metal flaws. VF.
