ISLANDS off ATTICA, Aegina. Circa 525-480 BC. AR Stater (17.5mm, 12.47 g). Sea turtle, head in profile, with thin collar and [row of dots down its back] / Incuse square with 'windmill' pattern. Meadows, Aegina, Group IIa; HGC 6, 429. Irregular flan, struck with worn obverse die, test cut on obverse, overstruck on an earlier issue. Fine.
