A handsome, complicated, and rare banknote Remainder is offered here, from the early 20th century. Uncirculated paper has been topped with a variety of inking, from the original printing to ink stamps. A perforated cancellation is seen on this example as well, along with a rusty margin at bottom. From the serial number seen on this note, it can be assumed that only 100,000 were printed, as the high serial numbers were Remainders.
