Artistic vignettes of a worker leading donkeys past a factory building and a railroad scene add attraction to the front of this note. Deep brown inks were utilized to create the large (20) denominational value on the well centered back of the note. A three digit Roman serial number and western serial are both visible on this 1949 issue that was withdrawn in 1955.
