This rarely seen Specimen was printed by Thomas de la Rue, although it does not feature normal TDLR characteristics. Notice that this Specimen lacks serial numbers all together, and is overprinted "CONTOH" on both sides. Of interest, this variety lacks the crossbar on the flagpole at back, which dates this Specimen to 1991.
