Thailand Government of Thailand 100 Baht ND (1943) Pick 51r Remainder PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. During World War II, Thailand declared war on the United Kingdom, and its colonies, cutting off access to Thomas de la Rue and the other Western banknote printers. As such, Thailand's new ally, Japan, provided printing services. This Remainder is from the 1943 series printed by the Japanese Ministry of Finance. A lack of signatures and serial numbers allows for complete viewing of all design features.
