Allectus, Romano-British Emperor, 293-296. Quinarius (Bronze, 20 mm, 2.62 g, 6 h), Camulodunum. IMP C ALLECTVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Allectus to right. Rev. VIRTVS AVG / Q C Galley with six rowers to left; on prow, Victory standing left. RIC 128 var. (without Victory on reverse). Extremely rare with Victory on the galley's prow. Patina stripped, otherwise, very fine.
