KINGS OF SOPHENE. Mithradates I, 2nd half of 2nd century BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 10 mm, 1.53 g), Arkathiokerta. Head of Mithradates I to right, wearing bashlyk. Rev. Debased circular legend, meant to read ΜΙΘΡΑΔΑΤΟY. Cf. ACV 192. CAA -. Cf. Kovacs 27 (bust to left). Dark brown patina. Partially cleaned, otherwise, nearly fine.
