CHAPLAIN below / EXPOSITION UNIVERSELL E INTERNATIONALE DE 1878, Victory, veil billowing, behind left above the exposition, head right, holding wreath in raised right hand and clarion in left; radiate star above; below, cherub alighting right, head left, holding aloft tablet inscribed PROVIDENCE/TOOL CỌ in two lines.
