Head of Demeter facing slightly right, wearing grain ear wreath, triple-pendant earrings, and necklace; tiny AΠ to lower right / Barley ear with leaf to right; META upward to left, bucranium above leaf, AΘA below. Johnston Class C, 2.2 (same dies); HN Italy 1584; SNG ANS 463–4 (same dies); SNG Fitzwilliam 503 (same dies); SNG München 992 (same dies); Dewing 388 (same dies); Jameson 318 (same dies). Toned, underlying luster, minor flan flaw on obverse. Good VF.
