CORINTHIA, Corinth. Circa 400-350/45 BC. AR Stater (20mm, 8.56 g, 8h). Pegasos flying left; (koppa) below / Head of Athena left, wearing Corinthian helmet with neck guard; to right, open left hand. Ravel Period IV, 491 (P245/T341); Pegasi 212 (same rev. die as illustration); BCD Corinth –; HGC 4, 1832; Bement 1178 (same rev. die). Iridescent tone, edge split, double struck and a little off center on obverse, minor metal flaws on reverse. Good VF. Rare symbol.
