GREAT BRITAIN. 1/2 Crown, 1698. London Mint. William III. PCGS MS-65 Gold Shield.
S-3494; KM-492.2. "DECIMO" on edge. The single second finest certified of the date on the PCGS population report, only one finer (MS 66). A lovely nicely preserved Gem exhibiting a bold strike, lustrous smooth satiny surfaces and attractive mottled gray patina with iridescent highlights that pop out when tilted in the light. A tough to locate issue to find in this high state of preservation and as such should be considered RARE and highly desirable sure to see spirited bidding from advanced collectors.
