KM-20a. Modeled after the preceding coinage of the Central American Republic, this issue is not rare per se, but considering the crudeness of those most frequently seen, finding a wholesome certainly presents a challenge. While a handful of technically finer examples have been certified, few can match this piece in its overall appearance; the strike is well-centered and even, while a delicate layering of original silvering remains. As such, a coin that will undoubtedly appeal to the Central American specialist.
