Printed by ABNC. Red specimen overprint with blue serial numbers and two hole punch cancellations. Middle signature of Director. Santa Ana. Steam locomotive at left with engineer looking out driver's window, with a man standing next to the train (note the drive wheels are about as large as the man). At right is a design of a bustling harbor, with early steamships noticed. The front displays a yellow & brown undertint. The reverse of the note displays arms at center, with "10" counters at left and right. The reverse is printed in a dark brown ink, and displays the typical ornate ABNC obverse design type of the era.
