Printed by ABNC. Red specimen overprint & serial numbers with three punch cancellations. Series B. Seated allegorical woman at center with globe at back representing the Greek muse Calliope. The face is printed in an eye catching flurry of colors, with an ornate dark blue border design. The reverse is printed in a dark green ink, with bust of Christopher Columbus at center, and 28 "500" counters are seen in large, medium and small fonts on the reverse.
