KM-138.2; Basso-43; Gil Crown variety-5-3-2. Type VI countermark; crowned Y.II. within circular indent. Issued by decree of 20 December 1834, suppressed 31 March 1837 (By Decree of 1 February 1836), on a 1836-LIMA MT Peru Republic 8 Reales. The countermark exhibits a small crown and is boldly applied. The host is free of problems and toned a medium gray. Due to the late host date, this coin had only a year to find its way to Manila before being countermarked.
