A lovely specimen example of this 5 Pesos note. Found with four hole punch cancellations and red specimen overprint and serial numbers. Two allegorical women are found at center, with "5" counters at left and right. The reverse displays a seal at left, arms at right and a bustling city at center with a mountain range in the background. PMG comments "Small Tears."
