Bermuda Bermuda Government 10 Pounds 28.7.1964 Pick 22 PMG About Uncirculated 53. Bermuda switched from Shillings and Pounds to Dollars in 1970, which rendered all old notes demonetized after the redemption period. This 10 Pound note was issued only a few years before the switch from Pounds to Dollars, which limited the number issued. Because this was the highest denomination of the series, most were redeemed for Dollars beginning in 1970. This example features the first prefix, A/1, and only brief circulation.
