This Test Note, which is denoted by its serial number beginning with "33," is one of the great late day Canadian rarities. While an estimated 500,000 were produced, they were released without public comment, entering the normal channels of commerce and circulating without collector attention. As a result, only a literal handful are known in all grades today, with Uncirculated examples prohibitively scarce.
