Equatorial African States Banque Centrale des Etats de l'Afrique Equatoriale 10,000 Francs ND (1968) Pick 7s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. This enormous highest denomination banknote is one of Africa's most iconic designs, and is rarely seen in any format. This Specimen is one of only four pieces that grade Uncirculated in the PMG Population Report. Near perfect technical features add to the aesthetics and desirability of this Specimen. Solid zero serial numbers are the only indicator that this is a Specimen, as there are no overprints or perforated cancellations. The finest example we have offered, and one of the finest extant.
