Seychelles Government of Seychelles 10 Rupees 1.1.1967 Pick 12d PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. This scarce date is the last for this series, which was replaced the following year by an entirely new series featuring flora and fauna of the Seychelles. Additionally, this date features the A/4 prefix only, which is an indication of how few were issued. Government notes dating 1963 to 1967 feature the signature of nobleman and colonial administrator "Oxford & Asquith", who's given name was Julian Edward George Asquith. He was second Earl of Oxford & Asquith, a title which was created for his father, former Prime Minister H. H. Asquith.
