Tangier Servicios Municipales WWII 1 Franco 1942 Pick 3 PMG About Uncirculated 55. This interesting World War II type was issued during Spanish Occupation of Tangier, in northern Morocco. Only brief circulation is seen on this type. Tangier was and remains an important port city at the mouth of the Mediterranean, and as such, was of vital importance to both the Allies, Axis, and Franco Government of Spain. We have only offered this type once previously, and this example is far superior. At the time of cataloging, this example is the single finest graded in the PMG Population Report, of only four notes graded.
