Spain Banco de Espana 25 Pesetas 17.5.1899 Pick 49 PMG Very Fine 30. The 1899 series of notes from the Bank of Spain has an interesting security feature in the left margin. Notice the denomination vertically inserted to the security fibers. Not generally offered, and since this is the initial denomination of the series, it makes for an excellent type note.
