This higher denomination was prepared for the port town of A Coruña, in the northwest corner of Spain. Any surviving banknote from the 1857 is quite scarce today. This 2000 Reales de Vellon is mildly circulated, with a diagonal split and tape, which seems typical for the type. Otherwise, all details are pleasing.
