BYZANTINE. Lot of five (5) Æ and PB crosses, including one intact Bronze enkolpion (reliquary cross). Æ enkolpion (27mm wide x 50mm high). Both sides are plain. The two pieces hinged together, firmly fixed, missing its suspension loop. Hollow reliquary case with green patina, stress crack on one side, shallow cleaning scratches and deposits. The other crosses are surmounted by suspension loops or holes, ranging in size from (28mm x 40mm to 17mm x 29 mm). Some deposits and marks. Fine to VF.
