A slightly more challenging 'full' Proof set of Victoria's Jubilee coinage, often encountered missing at least one of the denominations (most often, the largest: the 5 Pounds). Virtually all brilliant Proof with a similar toning palette on the silver coins suggesting that the set has long been kept together--rather than being a later assemblage--the 3 Pence, though quite satiny and understandably graded Mint State, still possessing a distinctively watery finish that grounds it as part of this group. Sold with the original red case of issue.
