Peter I Tynf (12 Kopecks) 1708 AU58 PCGS, Red mint, KM127, Bit-3853 (R1), Diakov-304, (R2), Petrov-12 Rub. This denomination was struck by Russia to subsidize its allies (Denmark, Norway, Saxony, and Prussia) in the war against Sweden (1700-1721) and to enable Russian troops to have money for buying provisions. Displaying attractive surfaces that reveal considerable remaining luster, several noticeable die cracks traceable across both the obverse and reverse. A very rare type, especially in this near-mint condition, and the only example certified by PCGS.
